Stewardship

Each of us has been promoted to manage a “store” for God.

The word “steward” means “manager.” Christians define a “steward” as one who recognizes that God – the Owner of everything – employs men and women as His managers.

Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.

1 Corinthians 4:2 (KJV)

Some may view Stewardship as a way to raise money. In actuality, Christian Stewardship takes a holistic viewpoint which include eight dimensions.

The eight dimensions are Time, Trust, Talent, the Body Temple, Treasure, Testimony, Together, and Terra (or ecology).
